Mitch Mann is president of the water board for Happy Acres, a water system that provides water for nearly 80 customers. Happy Acres’ system comes from a collaborative effort of the neighborhood who faced challenges with maintaining their own wells. With the help of a civil engineer who is part of the community, the plant at Happy Acres was built to support the system that takes care of the neighborhood’s water needs.
